Dang! These were awesome! Sweet and gooey :) The only thing I did different was boil the ribs for about a half hour, then let them cool and then marinated them for a few hours. They were tender and amazing! Yumbo!!!

I loved this the first time my fiance used it. Instead of dry mustard and ginger, she used a spicy mustard. The second time, instead of ginger I threw in a dash of red pepper. Very tasty!

Everyone really liked these ribs. I didn't have enough time to marinate them as long as it called for (which may be the cause of them not being the most tender...) But my 3 year old who hates meat ate four pieces of the ribs!!! Needless to say, I will be adding this to my usual choice of menu options!! Thank you...

I used fresh ginger and garlic which increased the flavor for the ribs and added a little bit of chili sauce for a slightly spicy taste. I marinated the ribs for 4 hours in half of the sauce and added the rest to the cooking pan after I removed the tin foil. When I took off the tin foil, I discarded the juice in the pan. This allowed the new sauce to stick to the ribs and gave a nice glaze. My husband said it tasted like restaurant quality glaze. Will make this again.

These had great flavor. In this recipe I doubled the sauce and basted the meat at the end with the extra to give that extra bit of flavor!

This recipe is delicious! I marinated the pork for 24 hours and then baked it. Oh so good. Should I mention that I don't consider myself a pork fan? I make this dish a couple times a month now. It's so easy.

I thought this recipe was absolutely phenomenal. I didn't even use the best ribs money could buy, and they turned out soft, juicy, and very flavorful. I did alter the cook times a bit- I cooked them for 1:30 covered with foil, and then 20-25 uncovered.

Wow this is my biggest failure on here to date (almost three years of allrecipeing). It turned into a burned sugar mess of blackness, the meat jerky, and unedible to even the dog.

THIS WAS AN AWESOME RECIPE! I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL ABOUT TRYING IT WITH NO REVIEWS, BUT MY FAMILY IS GLAD I DID. THE GARLIC FLAVOR WAS NOT A PRESENT AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, BUT THAT DOESN'T KILL THE FLAVOR. NEXT TIME I WILL PROBABLY ADD MORE GARLIC TO TRY A DIFFERENT FLAVOR. THE TASTE OF THIS DISH PUT ME IN THE MIND OF BOURBON CHICKEN FROM A CHINESE RESTAURANT, SO I SERVED IT OVER SOME RICE. WILL MAKE THIS FOR MY NEXT WORK POTLUCK!
